1. Description:
* The purpose of the stenter machine is to stretch or stenter fabrics to bring the length and width to pre determined dimensions, and also it is used for applying finishing chemicals.
* The main function of the stenter is used for preventing distortion, obtaining dimensional reliability, wrinkle resistance and temperature resistance.
2. Machine applications:
* Equipped with padder mangle, the stenter can carry out other treatments like squeezing and resin padding.
* The machine is suitable for heat setting, Chemical Finishing on lace fabric and applicable to extending Bud silk which is 50-400gsm.

5. Technical Flow:
Plait Entry -- 2-Roller slant Padder -- Photoelectric Weft Strangtener – Overfeeding -- Tridactylous Edge Spreader, Infrared Edge Sensor -- Pin or Clip or Combied Pin-Clip -- Stentering and Drying in the 8 Drying Chambers – Air-Jet Cooling -- Cooling Roller Cooling -- Swing Outlet.
